    :wowchapra, u made it, 1.4 lbs. congrats.


    12 th may

    BF : 2 slice bread + milk
    lunch : rice + rasam + mutton fry+ watermelon juice
    evening : little jigarthanda + tea
    dinner : chicken briyani + coke

    yesterday my 2 SIL's family came home so full crowd , no time to exercise.

    water - 2 lts.

    BF : 2 chapati + tomato thokku
    lunch : rice + sambar + drumstick leaves poriyal
    dinner : 3 idlis + sesame seed chutney + 1 c boost

    water : 2lts
    exercise : nil

    14th may

    BF : 3 idlis + chana & potato kurma
    lunch : rice + greens
    evening : 1 c masala milk
    dinner : 3 piece spicy chik pizza + lemon juice.

    water : 2 lts
    exercise : 10 mins booty shake workout + 1 mile LS walk + cardio 5 mins

    BBD...sorry i haven't posted my details until now but i was discouraged not seeing any reduction. Here is my current check in measurements:

    Check in Weight May 1st :- 171 lbs
    Current Waist :- 36 inches
    Current Hip:- 41 inches
    Current Thigh :- 20 inches
    Height : 5.1 inches


    After 2 weeks, i lost 3 lbs and an inch in both hips and thighs...looks like i am losing slowly :hide:

    15th may

    BF : 2 dosai + till seed podi
    lunch : 1 c butter milk ( slept of with DD, not hungry)
    evening : rice + rasam + pepper chicken
    dinner : planning to have chappati.

    water : 2 lts
    Going to take DD to park , will have full workout ther. i have to play with her all the time, running, see saw, slide along with her for 2 hrs.
