    June 10th :-

    M1:-water
    M2:- coffee with biscuits
    M3:- curd rice
    M4:- tea with bisctuits
    M5:- cashews, pears
    M6:- rotis with dhal and beans curry

    13th june

    BF : 4 pista goodday biscuits
    lunch : little rice + avial + grrens + lady's finger fry + peerkankai kootu + curd
    evng : 1 parota + veg kurma
    dinner : 2 dosais + tomato chutney.

    water : 2.5 lts
    no workouts . shd start only on monday.

    14th june

    BF : 2 dosais + podi
    lunch : rice + fish curry + 2 fish fry + 1 spoon pal kova
    dinner not yet planned

    water : 2 lts
    workout : nil

    BF : 2 dosai + fish curry
    lunch : rice + rasam + chicken + 1 adirasam
    dinner : plannong to have chapati + chicken

    water : 2 lts
    no workout. going out for a walk now with my DD.

    yes BBD joined the thread. i dont drink tea now only i started to drink green tea will this be enough instead of herbal tea?

    16th june

    BF : 2 dosai + sambar
    lunch : rice + sambar + chicken thooran
    dinner : went to function, chicken briyani

    water : 3 lts

    severe backpain, DD started going to school , i thought i will get some time for me but from morning till night i couldn't sit . Now i know how hard it is to be a working mother.

    17th june

    BF : 2 chapathi's + potato
    lunch : rice + brinjal puli kulambu+ boiled beetroot + keerai masiyal
    eveng : 1 cup apple juice

    water : 2 lts

    i am planning to join gym from july 1st. it's nr my DD's school. i can leave her in school & then go to gym. i cant do workouts in house properly there is no routine , jus for continuity i am going to gym. any suggestions?

    i was very busy last week with lots of guests from native place, cooking, cleaning, going around. took care of my food portions, but mostly had rice items only. more over i had my periods with sore thighs(summer season very very hot) i couln't walk, on top of it my DD was crying to go to school. 1st week she went without any trouble last week she cried a lot , she was going on telling go to amma,go to amma all the time to her teacher. only for 1/2 hr she is in school.
    my pressure is increasing b'cous of this. i dont know what to do with her. i dint want to scold or beat her for this, i tried to tell her that is her school & her teacher is ther to take care of her, she can play in school, nothing is working out she is only telling i am scared to go ther, monster is ther in the school.
    How did u gals managed to send ur DD/DS to school, pls help.
