Hi, We are thinking of going to Marina beach, as my baby is one and half year just started walking, he loves water very much. From Bangalore it is the near by beach. We are thinking of starting by Friday nyte and Saturday morning we will reach Chennai, Sunday afternoon we are planing to leave so that we can reach Bangalore by night. Please help me what are the other places we can visit other than beach? We are coming by bus and we have to arrange vehicle for sight seeing And suggest some good vegetarian hotel near to beach for stay
Even I want to ask similar question.. Places to Visit in and near Chennai .. We r planning 5 days trip in Feb .. on searching on net , I found Pondicherry is 3 hrs from Chennai .. n Ooty is 9 hrs from Pondicherry . Please suggest places to visit.. Thanks in advance ...
Yes Marina Beach is too near Bangalore. Sunday is perfect day to spend wonderful time on Marina beach. There are various amazing places near to Marina beach but if you go to see another places than you won't able to spend much time.
Hi, In chennai you can visit mahabhalipuram archeological site it is about 40-50km from chennai.Mylapore kapaleeshwarar temple -it is a beautiful and an oldest temple ,this is in the heart of the city.Thiruvanmyur beach is a pleasant beach in chennai this is also in the city.dakshina chitra- its a cultural heritage park located on ecr. vandalur zoo-not been to this place but heard its good place to visit.other than this you can spend time in malls and local shopping places like pondy bazaar,rangananthan street,usman raod etc.Hope its helpful for someone
