Chitra- please don't take this the wrong way (and in all likelihood you are joking) - but please don't make comments about suing employer and getting "millions of dollars" in settlement. Even if said in jest, you don't know who reads it and takes it seriously.

Just so one knows- if there is a dispute between manager and employee, hr is the first avenue and there are more than one round of internal resolution. If employee is not satisfied, they can at their own cost go for arbitration. Before it gets to that point, if the company is at fault , they will everything to rectify the matter. In that case, it does not really give employee any real recourse to sue. If suing was that easy, many can and will sue and be millionaires. But we know that is not the case. Just wanted put this out there.

No varalakshmi nonbu this time, as there was some condolence in mil's side.. But I made Payasam today for avani avittam (in the pretext of treating hubby)!!

 

I used this when I carried DS Uma.. This time around too, I have already started using it.. It is so comfortable, coz we don't have to button the pants.. And I managed with just one maternity jeans last time, planning to ask mom to bring the same (lucky jeans!)

 

IMHO, patiyala with short tops will be super cute, but with the pregnancy weight, it may make us look us over weight.. Try knee length kurtis.. My 2 cents!

 

Btw, ladies,

Are you drinking juice regularly? I am not a big fan or fruits or juices.. I am not even sure if I am eating healthy this time :rant

Is store bought juice ok? Since I don't eat apples, I asked hubby to pick up some organic pasteurized apple juice from store today.. Just wanna know if its ok.. TIA!
