Mango green chutney

    I tried this last night with some pakoras: some were made with thin slabs of paneer and the others with chunks of cubanelle peppers. I know a lot of you South Indians are not into sweet chutneys but this has no added sugar and was quite refreshing:

    Blend:
    1 tomato
    1 peeled ripe mango
    1 or more green chillies
    1 cup packed of coriander (dhania) leaves and mint leaves mixed
