ingredient : 1. 1 lb chicken 2. 2 tbsp chilli powder 3. 1 tbsp corriander seeds 4. 1/2 tsp methi seeds 5 . 1/4 tsp of tamarind extract 6. 1 tsp chopped ginger 7. 1tsp chopped garlic 8 . 1 1/2 tbspn ghee and salt method : make a paste of corriander seeds, methi seeds, tamarind , ginger garlic , chilli powder , ghee and salt dont add too much water . if needed add few drops . apply this paste 2 chicken pieces , keep it in refrigerated for abt 4-5 hrs in a pan heat little ghee & add chicken , along wit all the masala . fry till chicken is done . serve with hot . if necessary add little water to chicken to well cook chicken . but it should be at end dry chicken , fry it water vapour and make it dry form .
