I found it net. I tried it. It cameout well, thatz why I am sharing. Soya chunks-2 cups(boil water and soak soya chunks for 1 hr and squeeze out all the water…now in a pan add 1 sp of oil and then sauté the soya chunks for 2 minutes…set it aside) Poatato-1 big cut to cubes Onion-1 medium chopped Tomato-1 medium chopped Green chillies-3 slit to half FOR GRINDING: Dhanya seeds/malli-4to 5 sppons Jeera -1 sppon Black pepper corns-2 sppons Dry red chillies-10 to 12 nos Onion-1 small diced Ginger garlic paste-2 spoons Coreinder leafes-1/2 cup IN A KADAI ADD 2 SPPONS OF OIL AND DRY ROAST ALL THE ABOVE EXCEPT THE ONION,GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND COREINDER LEAVES…dry roast all the above to till slight brown and then agrind it along with the onion,ginger garlic paste and coreinder leafes and grind to make it a fine paste…. Method: Ina kadai add oil and sauté onion,green chillies and toammato till oil comes out… Now add the ground masala and sauté well…add salt Now add the poattao and let it cook in the masla for 5 minutes..cover and cook When half done add the soya chunks(sauted) and then aadd little hot water and allow to boil in medium flame uncoverdddd…. The gravy should become semi thick and it may take about 5 to 10 minutess…
