(If orthodox prayers / dressing / rituals etc..)
Not all houses are male dominated... Female dominated houses r found more horrible for DIL..s not only for kerala for the whole India..

Well i think u need not worry much , since his parents hav already agreed for ur marriage means they r somwat ready to adjust wit u too.. so i think thy r pretty cool type bcos Normally keralite muslim parents dont entertain such marriages(diff culture) so its gonna be easy for u...

Please dont have any prejudice on your ILS or their family. Go there open minded. Give respect and take respect. Smile if cannot talk well. Always remember and respect the boundary- DIL is always a DIL and PILs are always PILS. In Kerala most of the people are educated so they will find ways to communicate with you.

Go there enjoy your trip. Just watch, observe and learn. Try to be nice. Dont over expect anything. Go with the flow. Based on your experience you can think about what to do next. I am sure you will not have any problem as both sides agreed on the marriage.
