    Pihu , U need to grind fenugreek and poppy seeds in a mixie and keep it in an airtight container . Whenever needed take i spoon of the powder mix with curd and apply . 15 mins later , wash .. Add poppy seeds lesser than fenugreek. This pack has even reduced pox scars completely
