ock On 2 co-stars Farhan Akhtar and Shraddha Kapoor have been quite secretive about their alleged relationship. Reportedly, Shraddha was seen bonding with her former boyfriend Aditya Roy Kapur at a recent party.

Farhan was pretty upset with Aditya and things took a wrong turn from there. As soon as Shraddha got a wind of it, she jumped in to control the damage. In fact, she is at Farhan’s residence sorting out the issue as we speak.

If at all these reports are true, we hope the three of them sort their differences out soon!

 

Mollywood’s superstar Dulquer Salmaan, who everyone remembers for his role in Mani Ratnam‘s humungous hit OK Kanmani, is all set to become a father! Yup, you read that right. A source close to the couple informed TOI that his wife Amal Sufiya is pregnant.

Yes, Amal is carrying and is excepted to deliver the baby by the end of May or June first week.

Aww! We’re sure the couple is thrilled and are waiting to welcome their little one. The two have been married for six long years now. Here’s wishing them the best.

Celebrated filmmaker Karan Johar poured his heart out in his book, An Unsuitable Boy. But the most talked about excerpts from the book were the ones about his former friend, Kajol.

Karan went into depth about their current equation, and he spared no words.

It’s over. And she can never come back to my life. I don’t think she wants to either. I never want to have anything to do with them as a unit. She was the one who mattered to me but now it’s over. […] I wouldn’t like to give a piece of myself to her at all because she’s killed every bit of emotion I had for her for twenty-five years.

But now that KJo has turned parents to two wonderful kids, Yash and Roohi, one wonders if Kajol will ever bury the hatchet to pay a visit to the twins. When asked about it during a recent interview, Kajol curtly replied:

I am not answering any questions on that particular topic.

 

Dhoom 3 was one of the biggest hits of 2013. The YRF venture starred Katrina Kaif and Aamir Khan as the new entries in the franchise, while Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra reprised their roles from the previous films. It was promoted to be bigger and better than the previous two films, and certainly it was. But well, here is a blast from the past. Aamir, who is notorious for interfering with the editing process and creative decisions of his movies, snatched Katrina off of a very important sequence. Despite not having a strong role, fans loved Katrina for her performance in Dhoom 3. Her dance in Kamli and Malang were especially well received. But from what we hear, we were to see more of Katrina’s backstory through a song, but it never saw the light of day courtesy, Aamir Khan.

Katrina essayed the role of the ambitious and gold-hearted acrobat Aliya in Dhoom 3. Our source reveals that this song centred solely on her character. The setting of the song was such – after getting to know Aamir well enough, Katrina takes him on a tour of her life before him. She sings, she dances, and she does kickass acrobatics and narrates her story through the song. But guess what? Aamir didn’t think the song went with the flow of the film, and hence it ended up being chopped off. Ouch!
Katrina had rehearsed for the song for over a month. She practised her dance moves and stunts to perfection. There was even a complicated stunt involving a trapezium for which the actress did not even use a body double. She shot for it with utmost zeal and gave it her 100 percent. Imagine her horror when she was told about the song’s ultimate fate. She just received a call one fine night, informing her of the “creative decision”.

This was not the first time Katrina had faced a problem like this with YRF. She was supposed to be a part of Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone starrer Bachna Ae Haseeno as well. But makers had to cut her storyline before she could even shoot it. Director Sidharth Anand confirmed in an interview, in 2008, that Katrina’s track was cut as it was lengthening the film a bit too much. He was obviously “upset” about it. Kat took the news of being dropped from the film very sportingly. The case was not the same with the song in Dhoom 3. We hear that she was left heartbroken after learning about the new development.

If you never see Katrina and Aamir together in a film again, don’t be surprised.

 

Well well well, it looks like even one of the prettiest actresses in Bollywood has her fair share of insecurities. According to a blind item in Pinkvilla, a top actress, who has recently given birth to a child (this is now too easy to guess isn’t it?) made a quick trip to London to get back her prominent jaw line.

This reason for this surgery is being attributed to her next movie, where her co-star is a gorgeous young actress known for her fashion. Or her sister and best friends, who are all mothers, but have lost weight very quickly. But as per the website, this keenness to lose weight quickly could also be because of her ex’s wife, who lost her post-baby weight in record time. It looks like the actress is going back to London, this time to get a tummy tuck.

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif‘s infamous break-up last year has been much talked about. The two have reportedly even stopped talking to each other, while reports suggest that they’re cordial with each other on the sets of their upcoming flick Jagga Jasoos. Tips head Ramesh Taurani threw a lavish bash for his colleagues a couple of days ago, and in attendance were Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, Preity Zinta, Sonakshi Sinha and more. We hear that Katrina was also invited as she has worked with Tips on a couple of projects before but she chose to give the party a miss. Why, you ask? Because rumours suggest that Kat didn’t want to bump into Ranbir.

That’s just… sad.

 

Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone really don’t get along do they? Their contention starts with their common ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, but the rivalry is primarily a professional one. Though Deepika has tried to be chill about the whole thing (remember her tweet for Katrina and Anushka Sharma‘s Koffee With Karan episode?), Katrina has never shown much of an inclination for friendship.

This time, Katrina’s team has accused Deepika of spreading fake news about the actress. According to a report on DNA, Deepika has replaced Katrina as the face of L’Oréal and this shake up has been attributed to Katrina’s alleged uncooperative behaviour. But people close to Katrina have hit back, saying that she parted ways with the brand as the actress launching her own make-up line and due to ethical reasons, can’t continue being the brand ambassador of L’Oréal.

Katrina’s team has specifically taken Deepika’s name and stated that it’s her camp that is spreading unsavory rumours about her. Here’s what a source said to DNA –

A special court in Thane issued a non-bailable warrant against Mamta Kulkarni in a Rs. 2000 crore drug case. Along with her, international drug lord Vijaygiri aka Vicky Goswami has also been issued a warrant.

According to reports, the police got strong evidence against these two, on the basis of which they want to file a chargesheet. However, they are absconding ever since their name appeared in the drug racket. Also, according to the police, they are the main players in the case and had even set up a well-oiled drug cartel – from procuring raw material of ephedrine within India, to transporting and manufacturing methamphetamine in Kenya.

In a shocking turn of events, Kamal Haasan met with a fire scare at his residence last night. Although the 62-year old actor escaped the accident which could have turned fatal, the actor took to Twitter elaborating on the horrifying experience saying, “Thanks to my staff. Escaped a fire at my house. Lungs full of smoke, I climbed down from the third floor. I am safe No one hurt . Goodnight.” This tweet was enough to give a panic attack to his fans who were petrified the minute they read ‘fire’. A flood of messages instantly started pouring in for Haasan on social media. However, soon Kamal Haasan calmed down his fans by posting another tweet saying, “Thanks for all the love and concern. Now off to sleep. Good night indeed”

The reason behind the fire at Kamal Haasan’s residence is still unknown but we are glad nobody’s suffered any major injuries. Kamal’s tweet reveals that he had to actually climb down from the third floor to escape the fire. Imagine how horrifying it must have been for everyone who was at his residence at that moment.
