I need you suggesstion: I am living in Dubai and i am a working mother...recently i bought a maid from India..She is now with us for last 4 months...She takes care of my daughter and cooks food as well... Recently i have doubts that my maid is having relation with someone...i have not seen anything...bt i hear her talking over the phone with someone... Finaly i kept CCTV at home....now i dont have any issue with her....but lately i see changes in her character...whn i come home from office.she is not giving good face...nt even smiling...nt speaking.. An now she is telling me she wants to go back home as the salary is not enough for her....I told i can increase her salary if she stays back...bt she wants to go back....And i dont think salary is the only reason for her to go back... Can some help me how to retain her back.. plzz..as i dont want to go back to the same hazzle of finding out maids and paying so much of money for their visa etc... Moreover she is an ok maid as well.
