Hi thanks for the list. I almost heard these songs except the one from Hindi movie Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin Released sometime after my retirement and return to native place. I haven’t seen the movie nor ever listened to this song. Now I watched in UT. ENTERTAINING . BUT since I couldn’t identify any part of this Hindi song based on Madhyamavathi, I listened to the one of my favourites in Carnatic bhagyatha Lakshmi Baramma. My further research yielded the result below: The song is set to the Hindustani raag Bhinna Shadaj. For those interested in the intricacies of this raga, there is an excellent article google. Regards
