Just search youtube "vaishnava jana to name-of-country"
you can enjoy the various accents. I was also looking for specific local instruments.
Here is Japanese... with shamisen (three strings banjo) and flute... with the "R vs. L" pronunciation difficulty. I think it is so cute. And they didn't do anything irreverent like an item number dance (like the slavs):

I like your supplementary comments as much as the rendering of the song in different countries:blush:

Surinami girl started with "aAAahh aalab". Quite a nice singer. Long long ago, the dutch offered free land to migrants from Bihar, UP and Maharashtra to go there and clear the amazon. And their descendants are still maintaining their culture, languages and accents.
Bollywoodsy beat and vocal juggles (gamaka's) come in this rendition. Quite enjoyable.

Singing is smooth and never hurried. Ok. The subtitles helps the viewer for better appreciation of the lyrics. Ok.
But the place chosen bereft of human beings and pain and that perhaps inspire the mani singer. Sometimes in absence we see more of it.
    Thanks and regards.

The Turkish group's instruments are quite remarkably similar to those of the Japanese group. Singing has a different accent, and only one female voice.
They have also used the theater in the embassy.

Here is a Moroccan being irrelevant with his body language as he spouts out the lyrics...

Coffee Ceremony of Ethiopia is the backdrop for the rendition from Adis Ababa. But of course, it is Ethiopia, the origin of Coffee.

However, the beat takes a distinct diversion elsewhere and the singer goes into a trance as if she is dancing with a centerstage pole in one of the seedier nightclubs that used to entertain the Italian troops a few decades ago....

    Enjoy:

Enjoy the coffee ceremony from Ethiopia.
It is both a coffee ceremony and a nightclub act.

Incongruous body language makes it quite a challenge for the native; doen't it ?
How would a Madrasi brahmin react if the pundit who came to officiate the Amavaashya puja did it standing up with hips shaking to the beat of the cadence ?
Calling out the names of the gods in Gayathri with hips going this way and that ?
That is how I felt with the Moroccan. However, I though the ethiopian girl was cute, because she redeemed herself by serving coffee.... in the interludes.
