    eating healthy... today my plate was fried samai rice with loads of vegetables and plantain pith steamed..

    night it is oats pidi kozhukattai..

    visiting IL after a long time... how are you all?

    without IL i am increasing weight....:bowdown

    i am eating and working out as the same... some thing is lacking ...hoping to restart my journey and active in IL after Navrathri... Hoping best let me see.

    I hope nobody forget me. I am back after my vacation. It was a nice break from all tensions. Lot of travels, lot of foods....Now I have start from 1. How are you all dears? @Shanvy how are you? How is your health and diet now? Have to read a lot of pages. Will update my lunch soon.

    @VaniVyas thank you so much dear....Don't follow my plates it was not at all healthy. My mother feed me so much food, ate sweets... etc....etc.... It was a disaster. I gained back 6 kgs. Now from today I started again my journey. Hopefully everything will be ok soon.

    where are the regulars..need a lot of motivation to maintain the loss. come on people, get out of the comfy zone..

    so today's breakfast was maize flour/makkai ki atta bakri.. with sliced brocolli, grated carrot, coriander, sesame seeds, salt and spices..

    and lunch was samai rice, herbal rasam, plantain flower steamed, brocoli+bell pepper+piece of carrot all steamed with salt and spices, curds and mango ginger pickled in lime juice..

    Ohhh I missed these lovely plates....@Shanvy Yummy Yummy.....Now because of my vacation gained 6 kgs. so many health issues. Now slowly started diet routine. It is very hard to start restrictions on food after 40 to 50 days. I think need one more week to adjust with diet again.

    @shodin i have gain a kg too..but that is something i can't do anything..all the meds that i take..around 10k/m meds..imagine the side effects..lol..just finding excuse..

    anyways me too miss this space that keeps a tab on what goes in..and also the motivations..

    Today's breakfast was health mix porridge, musk melon and papaya pieces.

    lunch lemon barley, radish steamed, broad beans and potato sabji, curds. no pictures..had a sudden guest today..
