My yesterday Dinner
RAVA Dosai with Coconut chutney
nice to see a male in this thread, who is interested in healthy cooking:clap. ... i have read some of your posts in married life forum. Then only i realised that you are a male. (before i thought that it is 'rathi' with some name attached to it, wrong guess)
Happy healthy cooking...
Even i am insisting my unmarried brother to learn cooking atleast to keep himself healthy, who wants to marry a working woman.(i told him strictly if he want a office going wife, first he should learn cooking to help her).
2-3 three times i thought him to make some dishes through skype..
@Shanvy mam, nice and great looking cake, muffins, corn gravy.
really nice to hear that your fil is enjoying all your preparations.... and about kids , even my 8+ old ds is nowadays talking about healthy eating and not refusing any veggies and fruits.. i only thing i can't able to change is he hate the smell of any fruit like pappaya, musk melon, i will make hime smoothies...
i have fully dried, unsweetened dates and apricots ... any ideas to make them into recipes...
@sumanrathi , crispy rava dosa , i am tempted... i always order rava dosa while we are eating outside, as i cann't make it so crispydoh1...

Mahe, I too love rava dosa but we never make it at home. I will try it during weekend. I miss hot chips' rava dosa and tomato chutney.
how much i tried ... but till now i couldn't get the crispy one like resturant's..
if you try, give me the ratio for that
Sure will do:thumbsup
@maherasan - it is good learn cooking. I even don't know how to select vegetable I start learning cooking once I came here just because of survival. My wife will always guide me to cook. The most indirect benefit is during early marriage phase she will say if i go for 10 days to my mother's home you will suffer for food now a days she can't ha ha ha ha ha ...
@deepthirij now a days I am observing the finish of your dishes is amazing. I wish to come to your home with a bowl will you share ??
@chillbreeze it is easy to make crispy in rava dosa you should use hand and sprinkle the rava batter it will come crispy ensure the batter should be very much diluted.
Thanks a lot MS...hugsmileyYou r encouraging me a lot
