Dear all, I am here with my lunch plates of two days but before.. Mahe I really liked your upma. I also tried Kodo semolina upma the other day. DH also enjoyed it. A little ghee makes a lot of difference... at least in our house Loving all the baking advice from Abhi and Shanvy. Congrats on your baking efforts CV. SO this is yesterday's lunch. I made sabzi with cauliflower stalks. I used to sneak them in cauliflower but decided to make a stand-alone dish. I loved it! DH not so much. But then DH likes things to be processed and cooked nicely. And the stalks are very fibrous! Today's lunch was roasted veggies, broad beans in gravy (put boiled beans in a tomato/onion chutney lying in the fridge ) and chapathi. Planning to make Kodo Millet and Boiled Broad Beans (they have become too soft) Pattie/Cutlet tonight for dinner with Roasted Veggies. Will let you know tomorrow how it goes.
