    Hi,

I am not sure if you found what you were looking for but I usually make Frankie/Wrap for lunch for my husband. He loves it because it is healthy (using Tofu and TVP), easy to bring and don't make any mess while eating.
I also pack easy and quick Grilled sandwich for him.
hope this will give couple of ideas.

You can try aloo/vangi bhath. It is dry and tastes good during lunch time. You can also try vermicelli upma/rice sevai for a change. You can try MTR rava idli. It is very simple and easy to make. Just add yogurt to the mix and keep aside for a while and make idlis. It tastes great with peanut chutney.

This is all which comes to my mind at the moment. Shall update later.

Try sanwiches with aalo masala stuffing, paneer masala stuffing, you can also make chinese style stuffing. Just cut cabbage , carrot , capsicum lenthwise, fry in little oil add soya sauce and tomato ketchup- use this for stuffing in bread and toast it.

Aloo poha, sabudhana kichidi, methi rice, lemon rice, tomato rice etc can also be packed

    regards,
    Aarthi
