    sunshine beauty to do meditation you dont need to wait for the bleeding to stop you can focus and do it dear ... also take pomegranate juice in morning and orange juice at night time this will help you to contract quickly and cleanse quickly ...

    good news is after one cycle till 6 months of miscarriage you are super fertile ... 99% of people get healthy pregnancy after this ... this one for you dear just focus positive ..

    BBD, I will start to do the meditation. I got pregnant using FET, so i doubt whether i will be fertile.

    Also i have Pcos, these things makes me to worry a lot.

    hi sunshine beauty no matter how your previous pregnant was ... your body will become more fertile and fresh after miscarriage so stay positive that was been advised to me by three top gynae in Australia ... and i read in lot of forums in internet too stay positive dear no negative energy
