lost weight without the intention of losing it !!!

    When you asked my diet , all these days i became conscious about my eating habit and it goes like this , when i wake up i'll have a cup of tea with minimum sugar for the breakfast any nut - almond , pista or walnut - five of them and a glass of milk - it is very easy to consume when we are heading to our office , actually that was the reason for eating nuts. for lunch - 3 chapatis and curry or one cup of rice and lots and lots of salad or vegetable curry. In the evening on cup of tea with less sugar - may eat biscuit, bread slices ,2 iddlies, 2 dosa etc. At 7 pm eat anything fibrous apple , mango ,dates , carrots, cucumber with chaat masala or a glass of oats , or soup . Strictly no supper. I am not regular at working out

    Yup . , For dinner have a half cup of rice and lots and lots of saladas. If you like sprouted chickpeas, green gram etc ,leafy vegetables ,cottage cheese , sweet corn , you can combine all or any of these to make salads , Olives, ghirkins , jalapenos , capsicum are also excellent to make salads . Use olive oil ,black pepper in salads. If you feel hungry in the evening try soups they will give you a feeling of fullness. All the best

    Though i have lost weight and become slim , i still have a little fat around the belly it is very stubborn.
