    hi pickles,

    how do you calculate points for each item?

    i don't calculate my points.. but this is what I generally do :
    just note down what all i eat on day 1 and will weigh myself on day 2 (empty stomach) and note down day 2 food items... if i see day 3 weight more than day 2 then i compare my food log (i maintain wt diary) and i reduce day 3 food to see if my wt is stable / reduced ... plus workouts ... i do this balanced food diet plus workout to check my wt progress...
