Lose 2 Kg By March 31st....anyone Interested To Join?

    i have not checked my weight yet.

    I am having usual food. only thing i do extra is 6k steps everyday. i know its very less but cant help

    @Mimosa oats upma seems to be a good choice ..I should try that ...

    @aswathyk green tea.. something I wanted to start from a long time but I don't like the taste so I keep postponing it .... :(

    I started walking ..Waiting for the climate to settle so I can start back my cycling .. :)
    Started eating dinner early around 7.00 pm ( normally we have at 10!!)
    No rice items in the night either dosa else rotti & 8 glasses of water .

    Last day only I checked my weight it's 68 which need to be back 55!

    Today i got a craving for poha so ate it for breakfast:facepalm:

    Will eat cucumber salad for dinner and make up for it:tongue:

    Hi , I would like to join , minimum 6 hrs, I sit and work in office, my belly size only increasing . i am not regular logging in here, but try to regular atten. Suggest any diet plan.

    HAPPY WOMENS DAY !!

    I am in too...I weigh 74 now, sit and work almost 9hrs five days a week.
    I must drop to 58 (before pregnancy) altogether ( gained after pregnancy and tried and dropped to 71 and keep gaining it)

    So am definitely in....2kgs in a month is possible...and needed for long-run stability.
    Would definitely like to know more diet options and other plans...

    My plans
    =========
    5k walking 2 days in a week
    Regular intake of water - 3/4 glass (4-5oz) every day
    Less sugar diet
    Less carbo dinner
