Lose 2 Kg By March 31st....anyone Interested To Join?

    Hi friends!:hello:

    Today is March 1st and I am planning to start my journey of weight loss from today. Planning to try to lose 0.5 kg a week (which seems to be the healthiest speed), amounting to 2 kg a month.
    I like my breakfast heavy, so cannot compromise on that. Planning to make up for it by taking light dinners.
    Planning to drink detox water from today...atleast 2 liters. Lets see if I can keep up! Looking for company so that we can keep each other motivated:beer-toast1:

    Those who are in the same boat....plz join and lets shed those extra kilos!
    My weight today is 75 kg....planning to reach 73 kg by March 31st!!:thumbsup:

    Trying to reduce wheat intake....but ate fulkas for breakfast today....tomorrow will have eggs instead.

    Any ideas for low cal and low carb salads for dinner?

    but mostly I am very inconsistent in logging.
    So i hope to lose 1kg with my hypothyrodism.

    Hi!

    I also have hypothyroidism since pregnancy. Lets weigh and post here just once a week. Weighing everyday gives false results anyway...

    I am in.. I will make sure drinking 8 glass of water and some walk . Hopefully 2 kg should be possible. :)

    I am in. I have lot lot to lose and 2 Kgs is a good start. I have been completely sitting at home and with toddler I have been very very lazy to workout and busy and india trip added on my stomach. So I make sure that I go to gym atleast 5 days. Once I get into routine for a 10 days, I will focus on numbers.
    I eat heavy breakfast and lunch so need to focus on light dinner an control on snacking.
