Hi friends! Today is March 1st and I am planning to start my journey of weight loss from today. Planning to try to lose 0.5 kg a week (which seems to be the healthiest speed), amounting to 2 kg a month. I like my breakfast heavy, so cannot compromise on that. Planning to make up for it by taking light dinners. Planning to drink detox water from today...atleast 2 liters. Lets see if I can keep up! My weight today is 75 kg....planning to reach 73 kg by March 31st!!
