Lose 1kg in 10 days..May 8th to 18th

    Hi all,

    I am starting a new and a short thread for 10 days, where we can aim to lose 1 kg.
    Long threads, are difficult for me..i am not very consistent in updating :(

    Gear up ladies who can try and lose 1 kg in 10 days...

    We can update our starting weight and our target. We can log our workout details daily also our diet.( I am not sure of the diet part)

    Also the tips that are working for you.

    Get ready....GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Starting weight - 74.3
    Target Weight - 73.3 by May 18th.

    Workout for today : 30 mins elliptical in the morning.

    I Am also trying to cut down a bit of my weight but not in a position to do the workouts

    I can concentrate on diet :)

    Pavani, thanks for starting this thread.

    You know I am in :) I will try my best. Just dwindling on the border of fever and cold. My body is fighting it. I haven't done real regular exercise since Easter and I feel bad to say that.

    Considering I am away from May 17th for 2 weeks, I am in from today till 16th. Not sure about 1kg but will try my best.

    Today's weight: 73

    Will post today's food log and exercise tomorrow.

    'Consistency' is every thing, 'pavanivaranasi'. Without consistency Keeping fit in the long run is not easy.

    Nonetheless, the idea of the thread is good. It will give a quick encouragement for those who have lagged behind.

    @EverHappy : Get well soon and join us in maintaining the diet and working out.

    @Darmesh : I am ok in terms of consistency in working out, but just not consistent in updating it here.

    target 17th :-61.5kg

    will try my best in achieving it... even 0.5 kg loss is great loss for me
