Hi all, I am starting a new and a short thread for 10 days, where we can aim to lose 1 kg. Long threads, are difficult for me..i am not very consistent in updating Gear up ladies who can try and lose 1 kg in 10 days... We can update our starting weight and our target. We can log our workout details daily also our diet.( I am not sure of the diet part) Also the tips that are working for you. Get ready....GO!!!!!!!!!!!!
