    Thanks for the appreciation. We all know most of the tips for long, but to follow at least some of them takes a great deal of will power. Let's try and implement some of them from now on.

    HI dear,

    you need to do ab's and also a whole bodywork out your flab will go, i tiwill take time to go but you will need to be patient, if you are not working i suggest that you join the gym start doing aerobis as will help the movement of the entire body, and in 3 weeks you shall see a difference.

    Would like to add a few things to the list

    1. to loose weight diet and exercise is very important,you need to exercise so your muscles work and tighten up esp in our stomach area.
    2. you need to have at least one protien everyday as protien helps to build the cells of our skin.
    3. if you feel like eating potatoes go for sweet potatoes they are god.
    4.include a lot of greens in your diet like salads, the coloured peppers eat a lot of greens
    5. Eat fruit as well avoid mangoes, chiku, all sugar based foods, you can avocadoes but half meshed for breakfast.
    6. eat a heavy breakfast, light lunch and very light dinner.
    7. drink at least 2 litres of hot water through out the day
    8. eat nuts whenever you feel like snaking as it is protiens
    9. eat whatever you want to but in limited portions, at night try to go light on your stomach.
    10. you need to be focused and commited.
