Hi ladies, I am currently on H4 Visa.. I will be getting my H1 Visa approved in a few days time. I am a B.Sc graduate with 3 years experience in a BPO industry. I am planning to look out for BPO, or recruiter kind of jobs. I am also doing my MBA dist education. So, also looking out for HR jobs. Is it easy to get a BPO or recruiter kind of jobs in the US while on H1 Visa? Will the recruiter companies be ready to transfer my H1? Does anyone know of any BPO or recruiting companies or any other company that would transfer my H1 visa from my present consultant. I somehow need to find a job as soon as I get my H1 or else I will have to pay my present consultant(who filed my H1 visa) $$$$ for running the payroll. Please help me out.

Hi, my current employer(my husbands friend) told me tht he ll get me a job(recruiter) in his company itself... But I have not joined yet 'coz m not doing good health-wise... He gas given me two more months time to join, otherwise I will have to pay him for running my pay roll.
