    Breakfast:pongal,sambar
    Mid morning:tea
    Lunch:rice,sambar, cabbage poriyal and curds
    Evening:tea
    Dinner:2 dosas.

    Sunday:
    bread omlette + coffee
    mid morning: blue berries
    lunch: prawn gravy + egg + rice
    evening: tea + peanuts
    dinner: chicken brocoli soup

    Drinking coffee is not a problem but lots of sugar is the problem.. try to reduce sugar the sugar that you add in minimal quantities so that you wont realize the difference.. 2 spoons might become 1 spoon eventually..

    I was very busy the whole day no time to eat fruits

    I have tried to reduce sugar, but the taste of coffee is comprised. Can normal people use sugar free drops?

    Monday,had some work at home.

    Tuesday: 10 k steps walked.

    Diet:

    Morning:3 dosas
    Mid morning:tea
    Afternoon:sambar, ladies finger poriyal with rice and curd
    Evening: tea
    Dinner:3 dosas with sambar and chutney.

    Sep22nd weight:68.9kgs.
