    morning: 2 dosa + peas gravy + coffee
    mid morning: blue berries
    Lunch: rice+ mixed vegetables
    evening: tea + peanuts
    dinner: grilled chicken + pumpkin soup

    Mid morning:tea and a banana
    Lunch:rice, black channa gravy with curd
    Dinner: 3 chapathis

    morning: vegetable pasta + coffee
    mid morning: 1/2 apple
    Lunch: rice+ channa gravy + beans
    evening: tea + peanuts + 1/2 apple
    dinner: kabuli channa salad + brocoli potato soup

    Hi Saahasi,

    sure :wave:

    Grilled chicken: chicken breast + salt + pepper + chilli powder + ginger garlic paste + garam masala + dried kasuri methi + turmeric. marinate (time is as per your wish 0 to 8 hours).
    Add butter in pan and cook in slow flame for 10 mins.
    Before you marinate you can cut the chicken breast in the middle and beat it with masher so that it will become thin.
    Same recipe can be followed with any parts of chicken

    pumpkin soup: Add butter in pan + add 2 cinnamon and 1 bay leaf + add onion + then add ginger and garlic + add pumpkin pieces + salt + whole pepper + then add tomato. Let the veggies cook and transfer it to mixer(remove bay leaf). After grinding add it back to pan and add good amount of water and let it boil. after it becomes little thick yummy soup is ready

    No exercise done,but cleaning,dusting and mopping of entire house is done.

    Morning: a bowl of upma
    Mid morning:tea and banana
    Lunch:rice,curd and dry fish fry
    Evening:tea
    Dinner:3 idlis with chutney

    Lunch: mixed veggies + noodles
    evening: tea + mixed nuts
    dinner: pumpkin soup + chicken.
