    I took a few days off due to heavy periods. I started doing workouts from Tanvi’s fitgrit youtube.
    Today’s diet is

    Early morning : papaya slices
    Breakfast : Besan cheela with tomato chutney
    Mid Morning : walnuts and dates.
    Lunch : Rice, dal, curry,curds,rice papad.
    Evening : patrani machi, little roasted Poha chudwa.
    Dinner : Rajma salad,curd rice.

    Walked 9k steps today....
    Morning:pongal,sambar,vada
    Lunch:rice, sambar and ladies finger fry
    Dinner:3 dosas
    Had 3 cups of tea,1 guava, little bit snacks

    Exercise from youtube fitgrit
    Breakfast : Vada sambar
    Mid morning : Apple and few chips
    Lunch: Keema rice and Raita
    Evening : Masala Poha and fish
    Dinner: Green salad, rice, dal

    Didn't do any work out during weekend.

    Monday:

    Walked 4k steps.

    Morning : 3 dosas with curry leaves chutney
    Mid morning:tea
    Lunch:rice, omlette, gravy and banana stem fry
    Evening:tea
    Dinner:bowl of veg,egg noodles.

    morning: 1 dosa +aloo curry + coffee
    mid morning: blue berries
    Lunch: rice+tofu gravy+cabbage fry
    evening: tea + peanuts
    dinner: brocoli stir fry + pumpkin soup
    No workout as i have cold and cough

    evening: tea + mixed nuts
    dinner: salmon + stir fry veggies

    Mid morning : tea and 1 small banana
    Lunch:rice, sambar, ladies finger poriyal and curd
    Evening: 1 small banana and tea.
    Dinner:3 dosa and sambar
