saute garlic,ginger,potato,brocoli,salt,pepper in a pan. After they are cooked coarsely blend.
Then add some more water with the grinded mixture and bring to a boil.. now add coriander.
yummy soup is ready
I was loaded with work could not post updates but i continued with diet..
Today weight 76.8.
When i started the thread i was 78.5. slow weight loss but i am happy.

Today’s weight : 54.56, stuck at it for the past 2 weeks but I am noticing a slimmer waist
Todays diet and exercise:
Early morning : Few papaya slices
Exercise : Cardio - thread mill and Zumba.
Post workout : Dosa and chicken curry
Mid morning : one small samosa
Lunch : Rice, vegetable sambar, leafy veg fry, curds
Evening : fish fry (pan seared)
Dinner : Rice, curry and dal.
Got a new job..... cudnt fox exercise into my daily routine.. planning to do a 30 mins HIITS exercises from next week
