In Mulund, Violin is very much being taught at Mulund Fine Arts (Classes conducted at Vani Vidyalaya School in Mulund West). Apart from that, there are quite a few private tutors in Mulund, who take classes at their residence. Details can be provided if required. I don't have too much idea regarding classes in Powai though! You could probably enquire at the Kanjurmarg Ayyappa Temple (at the hills behind the Naval Colony, off LBS Marg). I guess they too run classes...
