Hi Could you check project around Manapakkam, Mugalivakkam etc. It is within the Corporation limit(recently included). Ofcourse good source of ground water . Not a busy place anyway. recently I heard my grocery shop owner talking abt a deal of 41 lakhs for independent house of around 450 sq.feet ground floor alone in 1/4 ground (4-5 years) FYI : I live in manapakkam
