Looking For Pregnancy Meditation Classes

Hi momies..am looking for meditation classes in and around Anna nagar, kilpak, mogappair..not yoga bcoz I have conceived after long waiting and don't want to take try anything new. . mlneed stress relief and positive vibes and want to kill my negative thoughts... staying all day at home making me feel alone..I just want to spend sometime and my baby too need to be more energetic..plz share if u know any place or if u went/going anywhere..where we can meet expecting mom's and can share our journey.. thank you
