looking for buddies to loose weight...anyone?

    hi,am nithya and a housewife...iam trying to loose weight too....i just cut down on fatty foods and i exercise at home...half an hour daily...starting from 4 days back.....i just do some pilate exercise for 15 mins and i dance till i sweat out!!!it really works...all the best to u....

    I am trying to loose my post pregnency weight. Need to loose 35 kgs.
    I have started my exercise and diet from yesterday.
    I am posting my diet and exersice plan here
    Break fast: corn flakes/2 dosas/2 chapathis
    Lunch: 2 cups of rice
    snacks: 1 carrot or cucumber
    Dinner :2 rotis with dal or boiled vegies

    Exercise: 45 mins walk on threadmill.

    So you do share your diet and exercise.

    We can post our diet here everyday and check weight every week on monday.

    so that we can stay motivated.

    please do advise any changes in diet or exercise.

    Iam in too.need to lose 30 kgs.
    i workout everyday for an hour. half an hour of cycling and half an hour of threadmill.
    but have problem losing weight around my arms.any suggestions?????
    Also haveproblem with my tastebuds. love eating different kinds of foods.
    but still try to eat in small proportions.
    Diet suggestions also aewelcome.Iam a vegetarian.
