Looking for Apartment

Thanks for your info. It was really useful for me. I got one offer that place from craiglist for $ 800 and deposit $ 500. I was shocked how come the cheapest rent with min deposit. That Guy ( he is staying in other state)asking me to pay the deposit first and he will mail the key and he has not given his contact no also.I dont trust on that person.So i stopped.

Those who are searching apart from craigslist, please be more caution which searching the apartment.
