    Is there any aerobics trainer who can come and teach aerobics for around 10 people in the vening time 6.30 to 7.30?for futher details...please PM me.

    Hope you know about Fitness One near pachaiyappas college, they have their own building with Aerobics, yoga, gym and Swimming pool...

    You may visit the place and enquire if they could come and teach

    there is a gym "power gym" at Adyar gandhi nagar. I was a member once.

    Kala the aerobics instructor is very good

    Thanks for the reply..I visited some of the centers like that, but being a peak hour of GYM, they are hesitating to come and teach at that time....any ways if you know anyone personally who can teach us do inform me....
