    Hi ladies

My parents are moving to Abu Dhabi and looking for a house on rent.
Budget - within 45000 Indian rupees, fully furnished (what all will be there?)
Area (Locality) - Prefer locations with Indians
    Ideal for families
Somewhere near Airport road (if possible?)
Basic grocery shop, ATM etc nearby

Please let me know your valuable suggestions. Kindly let me know all possibilities so that I can rethink the budget if required.
Thanks for your help in advance.

    Dear op
Your budget barely makes provision for a studio flat, that too not furnished on airport road .

Okay, can you please let me know a few localities where I can find furnished studio in this budget?
That will be helpful because I can either consider these areas or increase my budget maybe....
    Thanks in advance once again!

Where is the office located? Google accomodations in Khalifa CITY A, they may have some good ones within your budget. Its 25 to 30 mins drive to downtown.
Also just go to gulfnews online, check out the property pages.

Thanks much for your suggestions, Megalife and Nijasav!
Also, just one more thing, can you tell me which neighborhood the Indian community lives in?

    Hi BloreIL

You will get a fair idea on the websites like Gulfnews properties, Dubizzle and OLX.

For the budget of AED 3k you should get a shared accommodation in a villa or an apartment within the city. If its a shared apartment, you will most likely get a furnished accommodation. I know ppl who pay 2k for a room in a shared apartment.

Well, just for your awareness sharing accommodation is not legally allowed, but many do share due to the high rental costs.

As sugested by others, you may get a complete apartment in the budget outside the city in areas like Musaffah, MBZ city, khalifa city A and B, baniyas, etc. Beware that the rents are paid for the whole year in 1, 2, 3 or 4 installments.

Hope I was of some Help.
