looking for a flat to buy around hyderabad

Hi ladies

we are looking for a 2BHK or 3BHK flats in and around hyderabad.
please help me by giving some info about apartments in hyderabad.
it would be great if u can provide me with website links and phone no.s where I can contact.
we are planning to visit India in september and would like to finalize a flat in august so that when we come, we can finish all the formalilties and do gruha pravesham.
if any of you are in real estate business please help me or otherwise also..if u have purchased any flats recently and if there is still availability, Please let me know.

what is your intrested area in hyderabad?

we are also looking for a flat in kukatpally surroundings,we can share information if you are intrested in that area.

nice to see ur replies so we are all in the same boat. as I not in India currently i dont know many sources of information. So I m depending on you for information. Chaitursri, Kukatpally area is fine for me.

lets share all the info we know, I m sure 3minds will be better than one.
last year we had selected one flat in nallakunta..but that failed us as the bank refused to give loan as the construction was not legal. so we have to check out these kind of details before finalizing any flat.

Hi

I have visited a flat near malaysia township circle,
few more dbl bed room flats are available in it.
We liked everything and tomorrow my frds will visit it for final checking.

If every thing is fine we will go with that,if you are also intrested in that I will PM the details
