Loette Tablet

Hello Friends,

I have been diagnosed of having PCOD and will be TTC after 4 months. So my Gynaec has prescribed me to take Loette for 3 months and stop it and leave a gap of month and TTC and also advised me to take Folica acid just before 2 months TTC.

My mensus has always been regular even without taking any tabs. So please advise me if Loette will have any side effects and has this worked for anyone.

I don't have much idea about that tablet. But came to know its oral contraceptive. I haven't used it till now, so no idea on that. Hope other ILs will help you on this. If your periods are regular & have only mild PCOS, i don't think a OCP is required. But again i don't know the necessity since i haven't used it. If you have milder PCOS, can try better diet & other stuffs too!

Folica should be a follic acid supplement. It won't harm you in anyway, will help the baby's growth in the early stage.

It can be or the people who use it does not below to TTC area or they are not visiting here frequently! Reason can be anything!

I know its quiet late to reply but still I just came through this thread.
I have used LOETTE for 10 months. I just stopped it 2 months before as we are planning to have baby.
I don find any side effects bcas of this tablet. After I stopped my pill I got my periods the very next month just a week late. This month am having lil pregnancy symptoms:thumbsup
but I didnt test it yet bcas am not sure with my period date.
I would advice you to take the tablet regularly for how many mon ths u want and give break of 2 or 3 months before you try to conceive. Its a safe tablet.

Please pray for me to get positive result for my pregnancy symptoms.

Hope iam late to reply.As Vasu said, i didn't notice your thread.

1 year back i was put on this pill for 2 months.I remember it didnt have any side effects and its a contraceptive.

Gynec gave it to regularize my periods.

I would suggest you to go ahead with this pill and regularize your periods.

I always had regular periods as conveyed before. I have stopped taking that tablet 4 months back and TTC with no result. I am not overweight.
