Listening to music while doing jogging or very fast walking.

It is common that many of us listen to songs, while we do work-outs or walking from our mobile phone or ipod.

I always listen to songs while doing walking at a normal slow speed (endurance walking). Otherwise, walking becomes very boring.

But what about during fast walking (sprint walking) or jogging ?

I don't do jogging. But while I do fast walking, like, when the speed exceeds, 7.5 km/ hour, I am not comfortable in listening to any music.

I am comfortable to do very fast walking without listening to music.

How about you guys ?
