Hi, The key to understand the difference between hearing and listening. Listening is hearing and processing at the same time. You can make mental notes or write down your observations/ideas/doubts when listening to a conversation. To practice listening, you can watch news/debates/discussions, and jot down the important points from the conversation. Hope it helps. Regards Yamuna
