    Hello Ladies

The symptoms are usually mild, misleading and nonspecific. We tend to attribute the symptoms for our stressful schedule, season changes or tiredness. That is the reason it is labeled "silent killer". Until the blood pressure is checked people does not realize they actually have High Blood Pressure.

    Some common symptoms are

    HEADACHE

    BLURRED VISION

    NAUSEA

    DIZZINESS etc...

One must take notice of all the above symptoms if they are recurring too often. Go to the physician, get the blood pressure checked. In some cases the neglect could lead to organ damage. They could be heart attack, damage to vision, kidney failure, mini stroke etc... These symptoms if left unrecognized for a longer period might give bigger life threatening symptoms and that might be too late in some cases.

My sincere advice to all is always listen to the body signals and act accordingly.

    Be wise and be healthy.

Yes, high BP is more dangerous than low BP. High BP might be due to excessive cholestrol, stress, tension, etc. While low BP is mostly due to low blood or low hemoglobin content.

It is always better to check blood pressure regularly once in 6months to a year and treat accordingly as needed.
