yes, we do face problems from all kinda banks. the private ones are worse as any nationalised bank.
wonder how good a swiss bank would be???????

glad to know you wrote a letter to the bank - so , you would've enjoyed this post more and sad that it didn't yield any result. as long as the staff get their salary without any problem, there wouldn't be any improvement.
A lot of corporates have something called quality management program these days wherein price of non-conformance of each individual is calculated.
let's hope for good.
