Buddy YUM.....the strawberry drink. Loved your cookies. I too have somewhat same cookies recipe Will share it later. Thank you. Peanut - 1/2 cup Grated coconut - 2 tsp Dried chilies - 3-5 nos(as per taste) Garlic cloves - 2 no Salt - to taste Water - as required In our home down they add bit of tamarind. But I avoid it.If want you can add, then it will become thogaiyal.:-D Goes well with rice. Even if you buy roasted P.Nut(with/without skin),slightly roast them once more to enhance the aroma First grind coconut, chillies, garlic and then add P.nuts,Stop with little coarse consistency. Don't over run or else you will get sticky, slippery paste. Temper with mustard and curry leaves. Done. Thank you.
Its already broken,no need to do further.Use as it is. You can replace rava/semolina instead. Thanks.
Honey oats/muesli bake: Honey oats toast Muesli oats toast One option for breakfast is oats bread toast or muesli bread toast. This can be made in an air fryer or in a conventional oven / convection MW. It is extremely simple to make. Oats and/or muesli Mixed nuts roasted and crushed (can be stored in the freezer) Honey to taste Milk enough to just make a wet mix of all the above Mix the oats and/or muesli with the mixed nuts and honey and the milk. The consistency should be thick enough to allow it to be lathered on the slice of bread. Put the bread into the oven. You could garnish with some dry fruits, but they tend to get puffed up and lightly burnt. It takes about 7 mins in the air fryer to get done to a nice crispy consistency. A traditional oven might take longer. If you find this too dry to eat, slather it from above with a liberal dose of fresh fruit preserves. Very tasty as well as nutritious for breakfast; can be packed into a snack box for junior too.
Sorry, looks like the second pic has got loaded twice. Mod, could you please remove the last two? Thanks.
