    600 calories! Burning exercise.
    I burn 100 calories in treadmill for 30 min.but elliptical it says 500 calories burnt for 20 minutes.iam not sure though.
    My weight updates -- currently I am 68 kg.its a long way but still wanted to reduce 10 more.

    I am also more or less ur weight now. I am still in the journey. My goal weight is 58 kg.But now it's getting bit hard for me to reduce. I am stuck up with this weight for almost 3 months. Let's do together

    Yes it is very difficult to lose the last 5-10 kgs ... Try to do deficit cheat diet you will guaranteed to lose at least 1-2 kgs others will fall slowly it takes at least 3-7 months for sure ... Good luck lets keep us motivated. I weigh at begin of each month and focusing on inch loss than weight loss ... Nearly lost 8.5 inches in 12 weeks challenge .. share your daily food meal plan

    My starting weight on April 2018 was 68.7kg and in July 2018 weight is 65 Kgs .
    April 2018
    Waist - 38
    Hips - 42
    thighs - 23.5
    Chest - 38
    Biceps -12 -
    weight - 68.7


    July 2018
    Waist - 33
    Hips - 40
    thighs - 23
    Chest - 36.5
    Biceps - 11
    weight - - 65


    Lets do the measurement and do at end of months
