    That's really great Rakshini. wow how did you cut the sugar from coffee? do u drink black coffee or indian style coffe? I want to cut sugar, but was not able to do that. any tips please share...

    Ladies, Is it too late for me to join? I’ve been planning to lose some pounds but have been reallllllly lazy and I don’t want to procrastinate anymore. I hope you all will help by being my accountability partners.

    Hi jasinjyo
    Initially had thyroid so dietitian asked to reduce sugar.so I took half sugar in my coffee.so later that sugar was very comfortable.normal sugar will be too much sweet for me.then I reduced gradually.
    One day I was trying to take coffee with out sugar.it was bit difficult for 2 days but now iam completely comfortable.even my mom s surprised.
    By the way I take the south Indian filter coffee.( With milk ).
    I think you ll be used once u make it a habit
    Other things which I had changed is , when ever I saw a sweet or chocolate I can't resist.i just won't have second thoughts.i ll finish it.but now i have learned to control that.i ll try to control to maximum,otherwise I will give it to maid,( iron man,milk lady,or flower selling lady ). whoever is available I ll give,bcos I can't control.(small stupid ideas but it works for me).

    Hi ladies
    Went for 40 min walking.climate s very chill n chennai.i try to walk in the evening if I get time
    Diet wise no big change as usual.working on portion control.
    Wanted to reduce atleast 2 kg this month.

    I was doing yoga regularly. Not much change in my weight. Today I was kind of lazy to do yoga. So went for walking in early evening, as it gets darker here soon. Hoping to reduce 1.5 kg this month.
    Current weight --> 68 kg
    Goal weight by end of January ==> 66.5

    Your burning 600 calories per day,wow.great work . keep going
    For me I would go for walking to max 1 hr
    Diet wise I tried to eat green gram dosai.its really tasty and healthy.
    Weight s still same for more than 10 days
    But I can see some changes in inches
    I went to shopping and felt very bad,none of the dresses s fitting me properly.i have to to shed 12 kg to reach my idle weight
