Let's Fly High

As a poem, I shall award five stars for it.
2. It is nostalgic in the sense that one would remember the old historical or and mythological movies where romance lifted to higher planes like they travel in space standing over moving clouds.
3. It ransported my mind to Raja Rani and puranic romance where they are shown sitting tight on crescent or swinging crescent. I remember multi talented late actress Padmasri Bhanumathi and Anjali Devi in such movies sitting on crescent and glide with the hero.
4. Why they- the lovers- seek solitude at high as altitude away from planet earth and why they play romance where no food no water no wash no of many things!
5. The crescent moon is nicely associated with romantic evening, stroll under the stars, and intimate conversations.( In ancient times, lovers would often write letters under the light of the crescent moon.)

The crescent moon is sometimes used as a symbol for proposals, representing a bright future together.

 

It is great to know that you could find time to observe night sky. People busy 24x7 never look at he night sky especially in urban cities living in skypscrapers.
If you had witnessed the crescent on day third from ammavasya, it is supposed to augur well . In Tamil it is called (மூன்றாம் பிறை) moonram Pirai. Famous title of Tamil movie dubbed in Telugu as Vasantha Kokila.
