Img1: What is full of beans, as in "made of beans," and what is it called with no beans?

Img2: If there is a gesture that you can identify with "fascist," what would it be? Who would it remind you of?

Img1: Self-explanatory, I thought. Focus on the sign there, what does it mean?

Img2: What is iconic about the red hat? Who wears it, or which part of the world does it belong to? (think of a song in Jodha Akbar) : )

The image of Fez and sign of prohibition led me to Hat Law and Hat Revolution in Turkey in 1925. But I didn't get the first one with Beans and Fascist Symbol

 

You have figured out the red hat clue. The img-1 doesn't have the sign only, right? What about the other element in the background of the sign?
