The one other thing I can think of is each bottom pic represents a country that has strained relationship with India - Afghanistan, China and Pakistan whereas the top 3 represent Rajasthan, Jammu, Punjab and Kashmir - the states that were the most affected in the recent clash of India and Pakistan.

Perhaps the whole set is a reference to the recent Indo-Pak cross border tensions and the involvement of other adjoining countries including Op Sindoor and suspension of Indus Water Treaty

Nur or Noor also means light in Arabic.

It is Indian military attack on Nur Khan air base in Rawalpindi. The image of Rajasthan King Rawal is why the city in Pakistan carried the name Rawal and Channa or Chole is known as Pindi Chole. It is Rawalpindi where it was prepared first and hence carried the name Pindi Chole. It is after Nur Khan air base was attacked, Pakistan negotiated ceasefire as Indian missiles hit the entrance to the nuclear storage.
This is a record because this is the first time in the world a country attacked the nuclear facility of another country.
