My Dear Guruvayurappa, Please help the puzzle solvers.
Dear @Gauri03 ,
late entrant, so only deciphering and learning a lot. Busy Varamahalakshmi weekend and continues to be. But happy to see the puzzle and responses. All the spoilers and clues are helping me but I am no where near the answer I think! All good though!
Well, I did give you incomplete instructions on using the spoiler tag. Mea culpa!
To use spoiler tags click on the plus sign as shown in the pictures below. Then select 'Spoiler'
Then enter a title for your spoiler in the text box that pops up. If you prefer to leave the default title which is ‘Spoiler’, leave the box empty and click continue.
Once the spoiler tags appears in your editing window, type your spoiler between the two tags as shown in the image.
That should hide your answer from view until it is clicked. You could practice using spoilers on the gabfest thread!
Thank you sister. In future, between bracketed spoilers i will i will i will!
I have told @Thyagarajan Sir to do training in a private message.
Your "I will, I will, I will" sounds like Woopi Goldberg's (a nun) refusal to part the donation of $1 million to the charity in the movie Ghost.
Spoiler: Very Much Spoiler
Caps troubled me too I think it was brilliant Gauri added Caps pic instead of “ black gold “ which would have been a very direct clue. Pandyas and Cheras got bubbly and Romans and Greek got black gold in exchange. It is funny really how the Europeans love this black gold and in Indian kitchens we mostly use red chili powder
Oooo. That’s the bubbly connection. I had no idea. Thanks for clarifying.
Very very smart @gauri03. I would never have been able to assemble it all like this. Even after figuring it out I couldn’t quite figure it out, despite Google giving me the answer.
I think everyone working on this has solved the puzzle. I will post the answer later tonight. Let me know if you'd like me to wait
Something more i felt about it :
I am still “wet behind my ears” when it comes to understand tech gimmicks. I forgot to think cogently & in between cracks and crevices and space with-in brackets .
With education from visugaru, sri gauri & @1Sandhya ji , kovchan , i now feel as if i am transferred to Phd or doctoral class from LKG!
Thanks to all participants in the intellectual game image puzzle for their patience & tolerance toward my hilarious hints(!?) and for enduring my delectable struggle to understand that “PM” is same as “ in conversation” .
Having understood the nitty-gritty, now I trust i can perform better and quicker in future image puzzle games.
Looking forward to next puzzle from stalwarts.
