Thanks a lot for the enthusiastic replies I will surely try them and share my views. I have tried the below, all from Amoy street food centre 1. Tom yum soup clear - $5.5 2. Tom yum soup with coconut milk - $5.5 3. hainanese chicken rice - $3.5 to $5 depends on number of chicken, additional rice 4. noodles (from "A noodle story" shop from Amoy street) - $8.50
1. Tom yum soup clear - $5.5 - Its a thai food, very spicy it comes with chicken or prawn. I tried chicken it was awesome. 2. Tom yum soup with coconut milk - $5.5 - Same as first one except, they will add some coconut milk which adds taste even better, who ever likes coconut milk taste should try this version first. 3. hainanese chicken rice - $3.5 to $5 depends on number of chicken, additional rice White rice (Chicken stock is used in the cooking of the rice, producing an oily, flavourful rice) Some Chicken pieces (cooked with boiling temperatures) Dipping sauce of freshly minced red chilli and garlic 4. noodles (from "A noodle story" shop from Amoy street) - $7 or $9 There's only 1 dish at A Noodle Story: "Singapore Style Ramen". All you need to do is tell them what size you want: Small ($7) or Medium ($9). The difference between the 2 is the amount of ingredients This dish has thin ramen noodles, prawn wanton, crispy fried potato-wrapped prawn, perfect ramen egg. I'm not sure if they add pork into it. Just do your analysis once.
